Refund and Returns Policy


We take utmost care in preparing and delivering our cakes. Since our products are perishable, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below :

No Return Policy (Important)

Most cake businesses don’t allow returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

Refund / Replacement Conditions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:

*Wrong product delivered

*Damaged cake during delivery

*Missing items in the order

*Quality issues (must be reported immediately) 

 Proof Requirement

To avoid misuse:

Customers must provide clear photo or video proof within 2–4 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Very important for cakes:

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.

Same-day or last-minute orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable
